THE DRUM CARDER IS HERE!
Here's the latest news, but first a question... Is reading about something acceptable when one is used to photographs? Let's hope so.
In my apartment right now you would see:
1. Brand new Strauch Petit drum carder
2. Giant box of raw Hawaiian merino
3. Nobody home. I nearly called in sick today to stay home and play with wool. NEARLY. I probably should have.

I would have called in sick or at least taken a vacation day (smile).

If I didn't live all the way across the country, I'd have been there playing without you ;) I can't help but think that a drum carder would be so fun to play with
Er...what's a drum carder? Should I bring my drum sticks? One week!!!
It's been so long since I used mine, I need to make some batts for real. But I will probably get to for the Twisted Knitters project.
Are you still coming on Sunday? I'm on a quest for a rolling cart to carry the wheel as they're not giving us anywhere to put them this year.
