I know, why buy yarn when you can make it? (see exhibit one, pictured here)I do also buy it. And today was the day the Knit Happens order arrived. I would show you pictures but I have some shame. But I'll tell you a big box of pretty yarn is the best thing that ever happened to a Wednesday.

I saw your episode of Knitty Gritty yesterday. It was fantastic! great new stitches for me to try out. If I hadn't read your blog, I wouldn't have ever thought you were a bit nervous. You were great!!! and a great voice too! It struck me when you started to speak that I never 'heard' you before and your voice is fantastic!
First off that is a gorgeous group of yarn!!!!
