I've been spinning like mad but need to figure out what I'm doing wrong regarding the pain in my lower back. I'm sure I'm sitting poorly. I normally do. You know what's good for that? Placing an order for 15 pounds of fiber. I'm thinking that will help...

I'd send you chocolate but I think the British stuff tastes different to the American stuff! I don't think you'd like it...
